Frequently asked questions
Answers on composing courses, methodology, the student flow, and publishing.
Who is EduPilot for?
EduPilot is designed for experts, in‑house teams and producers who build courses regularly and want a predictable process instead of starting from scratch every time. The platform takes over the routine of structuring content, aligning it with learning outcomes and keeping lessons consistent, so you can focus on expertise, cases and real examples for learners.
Can I create a course from scratch?
Yes. You can start from a single idea or working title, describe what the learner should be able to do after the course, and let EduPilot generate a draft syllabus: modules, lesson sequence and high‑level outcomes. You can then refine the structure, rename modules, move lessons and gradually turn the draft into a finished product without leaving the editor.
Can I use my own materials?
Yes. On the creation flow you can upload text files, methodical notes or lesson scripts — EduPilot uses them as context for generation. This lets you repurpose existing articles, internal documentation or webinar transcripts: the system extracts key ideas and builds a structure around them instead of producing abstract, generic content.
How does methodology support work?
EduPilot does not just generate text — it helps you design lessons as learning experiences. The editor is built around pedagogical stages: outcomes, explanation, demonstration, practice and assessment. You see which stages are already covered, which blocks are missing, and where you might want to add practice or checks so that the course leads learners to real, measurable results.
Can I switch between editor and student mode?
Yes. While editing you can switch to Student View for any module and see the same layout and navigation that a learner will see. This helps to quickly evaluate pacing, check whether the sequence of blocks feels natural on a real screen, and spot places where you might want to break content into smaller steps or add navigation hints.
Does EduPilot support different languages?
Yes. The interface supports several UI languages, and courses themselves can be configured for different audiences. You can define the course language, level and age group in the creation wizard — these parameters influence prompts for generation and help keep tone, examples and complexity consistent for your target learners.
Is autosave available while editing?
Yes. EduPilot continuously autosaves while you edit cover, settings and lesson content. The breadcrumb header shows whether saving is in progress and the time of the last successful save, so you can confidently switch between modules or close the tab without fear of losing recent changes.
How do I get help if I have a custom request?

Briefly describe your context and constraints, and we will suggest how EduPilot can fit into your pipeline: from structuring content and lesson logic to collaborating inside a team.
